Fund overview

The Fort Street Real Estate Capital Fund (FSREC) series are unlisted trusts that target small-to-medium-sized commercial properties in the office, retail and industrial sectors, predominantly located in major real estate markets on Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Investment objective and strategy

The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with attractive returns across market cycles through exposure to Australian commercial property assets that possess attractive and stable income, as well as the potential for capital growth.

FSREC Funds acquire small-to-medium-sized assets in the office, retail and industrial sectors, predominantly located in major real estate markets on Australia’s eastern seaboard. The fund targets assets that deliver reliable income and capital returns.

In addition to the general risks of investing, specific risks associated with investing in the Fund include, but not limited to, valuation risk, gearing risk and distribution risk.
