Our property funds are focussed in market segments that are below the radar for institutional capital but above the threshold for private syndicates and family offices. In the United States, we are the largest institutional owner of brownstones and townhouses in the New York metropolitan area. In Australia, we are the leading player in the small-to-mid-size commercial property market along the Eastern Seaboard.

Our US fund is structured as an ASX listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and our two Australian funds are structured as private, unlisted property trusts.
