The series provides clients with the opportunity to invest alongside and on similar terms with the Cordish Family, while gaining access to their network and experience in investing in specialist small to mid-market private equity funds and direct equity investments in the U.S.
The Venture Capital Opportunities Fund provides individual investors the opportunity to gain exposure to Square Peg Capital’s fund, Square Peg Fund II, which targets investments in a range of early stage technology and disruptive companies at the outset of their growth trajectory. Venture capital investing involves taking equity stakes in embryonic or start-up businesses to provide capital and expertise to assist them to successfully launch, grow and extend their product or series to establish a thriving company.
